* [feature] Allow users to set default interaction policies

* use vars for default policies

* avoid some code repetition

* unfuck form binding

* avoid bonkers loop

* beep boop

* put policyValsToAPIPolicyVals in separate function

* don't bother with slices.Grow

* oops
