	Change direct and indirect assignments of the bitwise negation of 0 to uint32_t variables to have a "U" suffix. I.e. ~0U instead of ~0. 2010-08-14	Add string-specific memory pool	David Barr	1	-0/+102
	Intern strings so they can be compared by address and stored without wasting space. This library uses the macros in the obj_pool.h and trp.h to create a memory pool for strings and expose an API for handling them.
