Merge branch 'pb/pull-rebase-recurse-submodules'
"git pull --rebase --recurse-submodules" checked for local changes
in a wrong range and failed to run correctly when it should.
* pb/pull-rebase-recurse-submodules:
pull: check for local submodule modifications with the right range
