Merge branch 'sn/midx-repack-with-config'
"git multi-pack-index repack" has been taught to honor some
repack.* configuration variables.
* sn/midx-repack-with-config:
multi-pack-index: respect repack.packKeptObjects=false
midx: teach "git multi-pack-index repack" honor "git repack" configurations
