remote-curl: unset CURLOPT_FAILONERROR
By not setting CURLOPT_FAILONERROR, curl parses the HTTP response
headers even if the response is an error. This makes GIT_CURL_VERBOSE to
show the HTTP headers, which is useful for debugging.
