parentPrepare Git::SVN::Log for extraction from git-svn. (diff)

Extract Git::SVN::Log from git-svn.
Straight cut & paste. Also noticed Git::SVN::Ra wasn't in the compile test. It is now. Signed-off-by: Eric Wong <normalperson@yhbt.net>
