Merge branch 'sb/histogram-less-memory'
"git diff --histogram" had a bad memory usage pattern, which has
been rearranged to reduce the peak usage.

xdiff/xhistogram: move index allocation into find_lcs
xdiff/xhistogram: factor out memory cleanup into free_index()
