Solaris: give a bit more built-in defaults.
Taking the make command line Peter Eriksen uses, give defaults to SHELL_PATH, TAR, CURLDIR, NO_STRCASESTR, and INSTALL. Signed-off-by: Junio C Hamano <junkio@cox.net>
