http: support cookie redaction when tracing
When using GIT_TRACE_CURL, Git already redacts the "Authorization:" and "Proxy-Authorization:" HTTP headers. Extend this redaction to a user-specified list of cookies, specified through the "GIT_REDACT_COOKIES" environment variable.
