doc: git-reset: make "<mode>" optional
The git-reset's "<mode>" is an optional argument, however it was
documented as required.
The "<mode>" is documented as one of: --soft, --mixed, --hard, --merge
or --keep, so "<mode>" should be used instead of "--<mode>".
