git-fast-import: rename cmd_*() functions to parse_*()
There is a cmd_merge() function in fast-import that will conflict with builtin-merge's cmd_merge() function. To keep it consistent, rename all cmd_*() function to parse_*() Signed-off-by: Miklos Vajna <vmiklos@frugalware.org> Acked-by: Shawn O.
