Merge branch 'ew/apply'
* ew/apply:
Fix t4114 on cygwin
apply: handle type-changing patch correctly.
apply: split out removal and creation into different phases.
apply: check D/F conflicts more carefully.
typechange tests for git apply (currently failing)
