git-gui: Refer to ourselves as "Git Gui" and not "git-gui"
When displaying the name of the application in window titles and menu options (e.g. "About [appname]") we would prefer to call ourselves "Git Gui" over "git-gui" as the former name is now being actively used in the Mac OS X UI strings and just plain looks better to the reader.
